Return & Refund Policy

1) Due to the intimate nature of sexual health products and health regulations regarding medical devices, we have not accepted returns. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the incorrect use, storage or handling, and misuse of products with activities other than the intended purpose.

2) All exchange, return and refund requests will not be entertained for hygiene purposes, except for the following:
a) Items shipped incorrectly - wrong model/wrong quantity
b) Items damaged during shipping or shipped have manufacturing defects

• If there is any request subjected to the reason above in 2 (a) or (b), please send us an email at support@elephant.com.my within 48 hours of receiving parcels and please with the reason stated and photos as proof.

3) All shipping fees for return or exchange requests to be paid by the Buyer/Customer, except fulfilling the above 2 (a) or (b) reasons. All return or exchange items must not be opened or used. Return of items must be accompanied by packaging intact and plastic seals.

4) Upon the arrival of your returned item to our warehouse, our team will take 1-2 working days to process your return. You will receive an update once your return/exchange item has been processed. For exchange items are only available for the same product. You will receive the product within the same delivery time frame as your original order, once we receive your parcel and examine it. We reserve the right to withhold any exchanges/returns if your original item has not reached our warehouse.

5) Please email us at support@elephant.com.my if you have any quality-related concerns. At ELEPHANT, we take the quality of our products and the health and safety of our customers very seriously. Depending on the issue, a quality-related concern is one of the reasons why we may ask you to send the product back to us. But that’s for quality inspection and testing, not restocking.
